2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• Yukdasima undertakes to provide information and training materials accurately and professionally, within the limits of available knowledge and resources.
• The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for making final business decisions based on the information received. The User accepts that our services are not a substitute for personalized legal or financial advice.
• Both parties undertake to respect the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged within the collaboration.

3. Limitation of Liability

Yukdasima assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities, resulting from the use or inability to use the services or information provided. The services are provided "as is" and "as available".

4. Payment and Refund Terms

Prices for fixed-rate or subscription services will be communicated in advance. Payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise stipulated in the individually signed contract. Any changes to the rates for recurring services will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time with written notice. Yukdasima reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to services immediately if a breach of these terms or fraudulent activities is detected.

Yukdasima reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the services after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new text.
